Lead the contract management function for BeOne Medicines’ Global Commercial Medical Technologies (GCMT) team globally, managing the GCMT Procurement Coordinator.

- Own the full lifecycle for 180+ active contracts, from inception through legal review to execution in DocuSign.
- Manage monthly accruals globally with Finance: budget and variance analysis, risk assessment and reconciliation across the commercial portfolio.
- Create and manage GCMT Project IDs, structuring cost tracking that business owners use directly.
- Primary liaison between vendors and business owners through contracting, including procurement in SAP Ariba.
- Manage and train the GCMT Procurement Coordinator across intake, processing and vendor coordination.
- Partner with Global Commercial Finance and Business Intelligence leadership to align contract and budget data with enterprise reporting.
Power user managing every GCMT contract. I route approvals the most efficient way, chase existing ones, and keep records, updates and reports current. Every step is mine except legal review.
Ran the vendor demo and greenlit the product. Used for clause and risk review, templates, redlines and version comparison. Faster for business owners and me, with fewer manual errors.
Built the accrual proration, an intake form, and a tracker for every contract from inception to execution to PR/PO, including roadblocks.
Designed the accruals workbook and its budget tracker from scratch, now 400 contracts. I built the variance analysis myself.
